You can cancel at any time. Your plan runs until the end of the billing period. After cancellation, monitoring stops. Any content that was already removed stays removed, but new uploads will not be detected. If content reappears later, you can restart a plan.

You do not need to upload government ID to start a case. We may ask for verification specific to your situation (for example, a selfie holding a note if the content involves your likeness) to confirm that you are the person in the content. We never ask for more information than is necessary to process your case.

All case data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain only what is needed to process your case and file takedown requests. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to process takedowns (for example, providing a minimal reference to a platform's trust and safety team). Yes. Older content that has spread widely across multiple platforms is harder but not impossible to address. We prioritise active, searchable URLs where removal has the most practical impact. Yes. We handle both photos and videos, including clips uploaded to video platforms, file-sharing sites, and embedded content. Video files are matched using frame-level fingerprinting in addition to facial recognition.

Our removal service operates independently of local laws. Platform takedowns are filed under each platform's own policies, which typically apply globally. If you want to pursue legal action in parallel, we can provide documentation of what was found and removed to support your case, but we do not provide legal advice. For jurisdiction-specific legal guidance, consult a lawyer specialising in digital privacy or cybercrime in your country.

We cannot help with content that is not hosted publicly online (for example, private messages or local device storage). We cannot remove content from platforms that have no takedown process and no legal obligation to respond. Cases involving minors are handled differently and typically involve law enforcement and dedicated child protection organisations: we will advise you accordingly.
